Return requests
All sales are final unless Rockway approves a return or refund, or applicable law requires a remedy. To request a return, use the contact formand include your order number. Do not send anything back until return instructions are provided. A request is not approval.
Order problems
For an incorrect, damaged, defective, unsafe, or undelivered item, contact Rockway promptly. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
