Rockway ships to Canadian addresses accepted at checkout. The shipping charge, applicable tax, and any available delivery estimate are shown before payment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Returns
All sales are final unless Rockway approves a return or refund, or applicable law requires a remedy. To request a return, contact Rockway with your order number. Do not send anything back until return instructions are provided. A request is not approval.
Order problems
For an incorrect, damaged, defective, unsafe, or undelivered item, contact Rockway promptly. Nothing here limits a right or remedy that cannot legally be waived.
